Responsibilities:
Manage the entire Transaction process for buyers & sellers.
Communicate effectively with buyers/sellers, listing/buyer agents, team members, and vendors Make sure all deadlines are met per the contract.
Assist the broker and agents (3) Requirements:
Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel.
Familiar with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Folio.
Data entry, accountability, and time management.
Must be coach-able and willing to learn our systems.
Must be extremely organized, high attention to detail, and superior communication skills.
Calm under pressure Familiar with social media Must be driven to accomplish all tasks within deadlines.
Must be driven to achieve high level satisfaction for all clients.
