Receptionist duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, calling Insurances, data entry, receiving and posting payments, and helping with assistant duties.
Assistant duties include rooming patients, assist physician with note taking, connect patients to therapy machines, remove acupuncture needles and helping with receptionist duties Experience preferred but not necessary, outgoing and positive personality a must.
