Prefer people with personal cleaning experience (their own home or family - not with another company where they have been previously trained) will train the right people.
Must have attention to detail and clean according to our task cleaning training provided.
Company cars and uniforms.
The perfect job for that mother with school-age children.
Looking for cleaners who are comfortable working alone (another cleaner may have to meet up with you at the end of the day sometimes, but typically you will be working alone).
The advantage to that is you will make more money with the first raise after your training period and at that point you also have the opportunity to take home a company car with gas paid to & from work so no worry about gas $ or wear & tear to your own vehicle! Get paid weekly with some paid holidays! Paid drive time in the company cars from when you leave the shop in the morning until you get back at the end of the day!
